Construction Starts Soon on Rankin Business Park

Our Rankin Business Park project drawings have just been approved by the city and will begin construction in the next few weeks. The project, developed and contracted by EK Rankin LP, consists of five buildings totaling 54,000 square feet on 5.79 acres of land. We anticipate completion of the project by October of this year. The five buildings in this industrial/office park will have excellent access to the North Freeway (I-45) and will be 10-ton crane ready. To see more pictures of this project, click here....

Every project has to start somewhere. We are excited to announce that our Farrell Park North project has reached an extremely important milestone – we’ve submitted to the City of Houston for permitting purposes and are awaiting their response. This project consists of 6 shell buildings on a plot of land that is 7.2596 acres. The future office/factory buildings will make up a total of 47,920 square feet, and we anticipate completing the project in November of this year. Element Materials Technology is 99.9% Complete

We have been waiting for this moment since November of 2012 – our Element Materials Technology building is in the final stages of construction and is almost done. Crews are putting in carpet this weekend and Element employees will be moving into the building by the end of this month. The Element Materials Technology home office was a very unique project for MIII Designs. Element provides testing services for things like corrosion, hydraulics, stress-strain analysis, liquids & fuels – just to name a few. In order to set their facility up so they could perform these unique services, we had some very specific requests needing to be addressed. Just a few of these features include two 25-ton cranes, as well as 24 inch thick concrete walls and four 4,000 pound lead doors used for an x-ray laboratory, pictured below.
