MIII Designs is pleased to announce a unique new project in conjunction with Maverick Development. The Vintage Creek Office Park is going to be a 6.844 acre development of office condos located just a mile south of The Woodlands at 23901 Gosling Road. Featuring 68,000 square feet of office space in total, the individual office condos in Vintage Creek will be available in blocks of 1,750 square feet and can be grouped anywhere from 2 to 4 condos to a building. Project Update – Intercontinental Crossing

There are a lot of things that need to happen before construction begins on a project. Take the Intercontinental Crossing project, for example. It is currently in review with Harris County through Fire Code.  Civil plans must also go through a review.  Once that step is reached and all plans are approved, the permit will be issued and then construction can begin. This 57,792 square foot development sits on 6.7 acres of land in Harris County and should be complete by the end of this year or the beginning of next. Developed by The National Realty Group, INC, Intercontinental Crossing is located very close to Bush Airport. Project Update – Greens Road Business Center

MIII Designs is excited to announce one of its newest projects, fresh off the drawing board. The Greens Road Business Center consists of four commercial warehouse/manufacturing buildings, totaling 56,000 square feet and is located just seconds from IH-59 North and has access from Greens Road and Bender Road. Currently, the project has been submitted to the City of Houston for its plan review and should be available for move-in just after the new year.
