Our Cutten Grove Business Park project is just about completed! The very final touches are being added to these 10 fully insulated metal buildings. These 10-ton crane ready buildings (buildings 1, 2, 3 and 10) have 20′-28′ eave heights and grade level doors. All buildings use 480 volt 200 amps power. Project Update: AFC Transportation

New renderings are up for AFC Transportation. Located at 17327 Easter Freeway in Humble, TX, this property features three buildings. The first building is tilt wall, and the other two are metal construction. The property sits on 15 acres and should be completed by February 2017. AFC Transportation is Houston’s largest provider of luxury transportation, with over 172 vehicles to choose from. The site will also include parking spaces for 90 buses and 103 parking spaces for various transportation, along with additional visitor parking and gas pumps. Project Update: Kingwood Phase II

Phase II of Office Grove Kingwood has recently been completed. This edition of four buildings rounds out the existing office park. Building 7 was a complete build-to-suit for Power Funding, and Buildings 8-10 were originally shells only. Building 8 was later built out as office space for an OBGYN. This building features designer upgrades including limestone tile in the entryway, decorative carpeting, and a barrel vault in the lobby. Read more…

Property Update: Lindsey Furniture Distribution Center

Lindsey’s Office Furniture Distribution Center was approved for Building Permits in the 4th quarter of 2015 and is now fully under construction. The property consists of roughly 3.5 acres of land, of which the building covers 1.2 acres.  The project is located at 6330 Pinemont Drive in Houston Texas. The distribution center will be 51,428 SF and feature a 27’ eave height. The interior of the building will include a 2-story office space, air-conditioned furniture assembly room and high pile warehouse storage.  The building will have 4 semi-dock doors and 4 dock high doors along with several grade level overhead doors.  The project will work in conjunction with Lindsey’s furniture refurbishing center building that already exists on the same property. The construction is being handled by Third Coast General Contractors, and is expected to be finished around July of 2016.  Read more…

The 2-story office/condo area in Vintage Creek will be comprised of ten buildings (one pre-existing, nine new) and sit on 6.84 acres. Buildings are 2, 3, and 4 structural bays in length, with each bay featuring a unique façade design—such that the entire complex will have the appearance of a small town downtown area.
