Project Update – Intercontinental Crossing

There are a lot of things that need to happen before construction begins on a project. Take the Intercontinental Crossing project, for example. It is currently in review with Harris County through Fire Code.  Civil plans must also go through a review.  Once that step is reached and all plans are approved, the permit will be issued and then construction can begin.

This 57,792 square foot development sits on 6.7 acres of land in Harris County and should be complete by the end of this year or the beginning of next. Developed by The National Realty Group, INC, Intercontinental Crossing is located very close to Bush Airport. It consists of three buildings:

  • Building One

o   Single facility to house office and warehouse

o   Large truck apron for future tenant/owner

o   Front façade dressed up with stone and eifs and a canopy at the entry
