Property Update 529 Commerce Park

The final stages of our 5 Twenty Nine Commerce Park project are coming to a close as we wrap up this property development. This office/warehouse industrial business park building had an anticipated complete date of October, but we were able to complete it a little earlier than anticipated. This project sits on 10.08 acres of land, and is 159,224 total square feet for the eight buildings. Buildings 1-4 have a 28′ eave height, while buildings 5-8 have a 20′ eave height. Buildings 1 & 2 are both tilt wall buildings, and buildings 3-8 are metal structures. Buildings 3-8 are also accented with stone & block. For added distinction, there are two distinct color schemes throughout the park, with the same base to keep all of the buildings within same overall scheme and uniform style.
