Located at 12530 Burdine Street, this building will sit on 2.75 acres of land just off Main Street, south of the Astrodome (Houston, Texas 77085). Constructed by Gulf Coast Construction, LLC (GRA), this 30,625 square foot office, food production, and food storage warehouse will feature tilt wall construction, fully refrigerated interior and truck docks, a recycling area, and a 1,100 square foot freezer. Along with the building being fully sprinklered, the building will be 36’ tall for high-pile storage. Our construction plans for Ron’s Home Style Foods are currently in permitting with the City of Houston, but construction will likely begin in January of 2016.
