The 2-story office/condo area in Vintage Creek will be comprised of ten buildings (one pre-existing, nine new) and sit on 6.84 acres. Buildings are 2, 3, and 4 structural bays in length, with each bay featuring a unique façade design—such that the entire complex will have the appearance of a small town downtown area.
